Reuters-Following the announcement that the24s would host the forthcoming four team action cricket extravaganza between Israel, USA, Fatah and Hamas, the24s team got together at the UN earlier today to signal their support for peace. The deal to get the countries to participate has already showed dividends, on 26 November 2006 Israel and the Palestinian Authority signed a ceasefire. Commenting on the developments Kofi Anan said "lets give peace a chance through cricket."
