Three views

The fist view:

Its a game. Lets play for the fun of it, go out there have a laugh and fool around with our friends. Its only cricket after all and why take it too seriously? Life is serious enough and we dont need the extra pressure.

Second view:

Well we are paying for it through the company and it is a sport. Technically we should play for them then. But the company gave us the money to relax, team build etc. So lets just do enough so not to be embarrassed.

Third view:

Sport is competition. While it is also fun we should respect ourselves and opponents and play to the best of our ability. This doesnt mean we shouldnt have fun it just means that we should take it seriously. Some people enjoy their work and take it seriously, others dont enjoy their work, but hey you gotta do it right? If you dont, dont play.

Conclusion:

1.If you want to just have fun...go run around outside. If you want to play in a team and compete play action cricket and dont let the team down.
2.Lets just enjoy our lives, theyre so short anyway right?
3.Oke its just a mixed team, bottom league, were here to relax and have fun. Lets give the oppostion a game and then have a drink.
