Legion destroy Deception

The return of Yosh Sato signalled the end of the Deceptions title chase yesterday as the legendary red24 maestro slotted four first half goals and two second half chances to take the Legion to a 10-2 victory. The win moves the Legion above Jason's Balls of Glory, and cements their rightful position as no.1 team in league 9. Other notable performances on the night came from "I cant go on" Katts who despite the pain, played a determined style of football. He was justly rewarded by a late second half goal that opened his account for the season. Westy claimed two goals and Cap Andre one to round off yet another solid performance from these two Legion veterans. In defence, the Wall, Rob, showed yet again why Manchester Unitedville have shown so much interest in him of late with a series of backflips, one hander landers and reverse headlocks. The keeper speaking after the game, to a disinterested 7 year old, was overheard saying, "In the end it came down to giving 110%, remember that as you progress through the ranks champ, now get me a drink."
