Legion secure 6th straight victory

The indomitable Legion came out on top last night in a thrilling affair at the home of indoor soccer, the Action Stadium of Light. The Legion, coming off a 5 game unbeaten streak, where never in trouble against the Varsity side, Eios (pictured here), who lived up to their reputation of being completely rubbish. The only positive for this side on the night was that none of their players died; although Meat Packer Mazadlala, Eios striker and pie stacker, came close at half time with a well worked pant…cough… and choke. The Legion team were without captain invincible Captain James Earl Packer, who was called away to save the planet…one sms alert at a time. But he was hardly needed on the night as the Legion steam rolled the unfancied Eios team 9-1. Slick had yet another well constructed and executed game while Keeno picked up his first four-fer of the campaign. The next fixture for the Legion has not been announced. Watch this space fans. GO LEGION.

An aside: Thanks to all the support from the Legions hot cheerleading squad. Glares Wife, Woog, Cath, Merc and co. The support is most welcome.
