Murder She Wrote star to attend festival

Rooters: Murder She Wrote star and acclaimed murder mystery novelist, Angela Lansbury (aka Jessica Fletcher) is expected to announce her participation in next months “The24s meet the fans” Celebration of Light. Lansbury has been quoted as saying that the mystery surrounding the hosting of the competition is easily solved by pretending to make head ground in an investigation and then with 30 seconds to go naming a person who instantly confesses. Law and Order Executive Assistant District Attorney Jack McCoy says that most murderers could easily use the “you have no evidence/case/motive” defence; however Lansbury dismissed McCoy’s argument saying that she knew who he was and that he “may as well confess”. Law experts from the UCT Law Department said that TV programmes like Murder She Wrote showed the world why OJ Simpson got off. Lansbury, commenting on the Simpson case, said that simply waiting for last 5 minutes to ask Simpson if he done it would have proven his guilt. McCoy was last seen drinking heavily and taking pills. The Celebration of Light is a 30 minute event being hosted by David Hasselhoff next month in Sandton Square. Its hoped that 24s fans will come out to the show which is expected to be broadcasted on SABC 1 at 02:30 on 27 November. end item
