Match Report Game 9

VICTORY
A Stunning success by the24s last night brought to an end a 7 game losing streek. The team fought with passion and pride and were deserved Champions at the end of the night. Our heroes will be presented with medals later tonight at a glittering gala ceremony hosted by Dick Clarke. Nominations for heroes of the Soviet Union go to.

Aiko: Aiko played a stunning game carving up the Sindlers bowling attack with quick parries and deft touches that left the trailer park team wondering who had parked the caravan in "Oh my hat we are losing"Ville.

Angela: She ran and ran and ran and then ran some more. She played 28 of the 32 overs during the night and the team owe her a debt of gratitude for her perspiration. She brings new meaning to the phrase "no I in teaim."

Cathy: Superstar performance from the rookie action cricketer. Sindlers were left bemused when Cathy deliberately allowed herself to be hit on the leg by the ball that went crashing into the stumps. Sindlers 0 Cathy 1. Superb.

Rob: He is alive and his skin is still all there, for that, and not taking any photos of cess wounds...we are grateful. Another solid performance from the cap'n in the batting and bowling departments. What else can we say.
Nic: Batter extraordinaire. Setup up the victory with a fine display of controlled batting under the gaze of Mandie "I wanting you beef wuff mustard" Bloemhond. Nic must be praised for not succuimbing to her deadly charms and wit.
Mark: The Selektr had a modest one in the batting but the teams fielding and bowling departments owe much to this compettitor who is often heard through gritted teeth saying "youre mine, youre mine. Im gonna...get you." He is a real mad man and we thank him for psyching out Koos "wuff pant" Regtertrailer.
WMD: The arm worked, what can I say.
Supporters medals go to Catherine, Megan and Hidemi. The no-show award goes to everyone else.
